1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tattoo Street (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create an account or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Tattoo Street reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to an individual under the age of 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information.
  • Update your information as necessary.
  • Notify Tattoo Street immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Tattoo Street is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Artists, Shops, and Clients

Tattoo Street is a discovery, networking, marketing, and communication platform.

Tattoo Street does not:

  • Employ tattoo artists.
  • Operate tattoo shops.
  • Perform tattoo services.
  • Guarantee appointments, availability, quality, pricing, or outcomes.

Any tattoo-related transaction, agreement, consultation, booking, deposit, payment, aftercare arrangement, licensing arrangement, or service relationship exists solely between the artist, shop, and client.

Tattoo Street does not endorse, certify, verify, or guarantee the qualifications, licensing, skill, safety practices, pricing, availability, or quality of any artist, shop, advertiser, or user.

5. Content and Conduct

Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including photographs, artwork, tattoo portfolios, videos, profile information, reviews, comments, and other materials (“Content”).

License to Tattoo Street

By uploading Content to the Service, you grant Tattoo Street a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Host
  • Store
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Adapt
  • Publish
  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Create thumbnails and optimized versions
  • Otherwise use the Content

for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and promoting the Service.

Public Content and Marketing Rights

Content designated as Public may be viewed by users and visitors of the Service.

By marking Content as Public, you grant Tattoo Street an additional worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, feature, and promote that Content in:

  • Marketing materials
  • Social media posts
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Sponsored promotions
  • Email newsletters
  • Press releases
  • Convention materials
  • Product demonstrations
  • Website promotions
  • Other promotional activities related to Tattoo Street and its services

Such use may include your:

  • Portfolio images
  • Tattoos
  • Artwork
  • Artist name
  • Shop name
  • Username
  • Profile information
  • Links to your Tattoo Street profile

Public Content may be indexed by search engines and included in promotional materials created by Tattoo Street.

If you do not wish for Content to be used in these ways, do not mark it as Public.

Tattoo Street will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future promotional use of Content that is removed from the Service, but previously published promotional materials may continue to exist or remain in circulation.

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the Content you upload or possess all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
  • Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Any individuals depicted in the Content have granted any required permissions.
  • You have authority to grant the licenses described in these Terms.

AI and Automated Processing

Tattoo Street may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, to:

  • Moderate content
  • Detect spam or abuse
  • Categorize styles and artwork
  • Improve search functionality
  • Generate recommendations
  • Improve platform operations and safety

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or distribute Content that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Promotes violence or illegal activity
  • Is hateful, harassing, or threatening
  • Violates another person’s privacy
  • Otherwise violates applicable laws or these Terms

Tattoo Street may remove Content or restrict accounts at its sole discretion.

6. Reviews and Ratings

If the Service permits reviews or ratings:

  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
  • Reviews may not be misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or manipulated.
  • Users may not offer incentives in exchange for reviews unless clearly disclosed.

Tattoo Street reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

7. Payments

Paid memberships, subscriptions, advertising placements, featured listings, and other premium services are billed through designated payment processors.

Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees may be recurring unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

Refund and cancellation policies will be provided where applicable.

8. Sponsored Content and Advertising

Tattoo Street may display advertisements, sponsored content, featured profiles, promoted listings, and paid placements.

Some search results, recommendations, listings, or profile placements may be influenced by advertising, sponsorship, subscription status, or other promotional arrangements.

Tattoo Street may receive compensation related to these placements.

9. Intellectual Property Complaints

Tattoo Street respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to: support@tattoostreet.io

Your notice should include sufficient information to identify:

  • The copyrighted or protected work.
  • The allegedly infringing material.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

Tattoo Street reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.

10. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content posted by users reflects the views and opinions of the individual users and not those of Tattoo Street.

Tattoo Street does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, or reliability of user-generated content.

Users interact with content and other users at their own risk.

11. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Tattoo Street may contain articles, comments, recommendations, discussions, or aftercare information.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATTOO STREET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATTOO STREET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

ARISING FROM:

  • USE OF THE SERVICE
  • CONTENT POSTED BY USERS
  • INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS
  • TATTOO SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM
  • INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Tattoo Street may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Required by law.
  • Necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, Tattoo Street may remove or disable access to your account, profile, and Content.

Previously published marketing materials incorporating Public Content may continue to exist or remain in circulation.

14. Changes to These Terms

Tattoo Street may modify these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Tattoo Street except where such waivers are prohibited by applicable law.
