Tattoo Street (“Tattoo Street,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that helps people discover tattoo artists and shops, browse portfolios, and connect for tattoo services (the “Service”). • Profile and portfolio content. Artists and shops may provide profile details, biographies, pricing, availability, images of their work, and other portfolio content. Clients may provide profile details and images.
• Location data. With your permission, we collect precise or approximate location information to help you discover nearby artists and shops, and to help artists and shops appear in relevant searches.
• Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, searches performed, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and log data.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may retain limited transaction details such as the amount, date, and status of a payment.
• Communications. If you contact us or communicate with other users through the Service, we may collect the content of those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Connect clients with artists and shops, including surfacing relevant search and discovery results;
• Process transactions and send related information;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, security alerts, and support requests;
• Personalize your experience and show you content that may be relevant to you;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to protect the safety and integrity of the Service;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and other prohibited or illegal activity; and

4. How We Share Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as Supabase (data hosting and authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
• Other users. Profile and portfolio content you choose to make public is visible to other users of the Service. Information shared between clients and artists to facilitate a booking is visible to the parties involved.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Location Data

Location features are central to helping you discover artists and shops near you. You can enable or disable location access through your device or browser settings at any time. If you disable location access, some features of the Service may not function as intended. We use location data to display nearby results, improve search relevance, and understand regional usage patterns.

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the Service is used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect certain features. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
